You will receive a copy of your NYHUT 30 DAY temporary Permit EMAILED to you once completed.
If you do not have EMAIL capabilities, we will be glad to mail /fax you the permit.
After submitting your information, you will be directed to the Authorities Direct Payment Center to finish your order.

Multiple Orders: If you need to submit multiple units, complete the form once then click "Submit My Information", then instead of completing the payment process, hit your back button and change only the equipment information, continue to do this until all units are entered, then change the QUANTITY at the payment center to reflect the number of units.
